Cora Xun (pronounced Cora Zoon)
The “Bitch Queen” of the Xun Armaments Corporation, Cora Xun rules the great weapons conglomerate with a velvet veneered iron gauntlet as its appointed Viceroy in service to the Xun Ascendancy. With the allure of a fallen angel, and often adorned in the most form fitting, cutting edge fashions from Jita, she is a cross between a dark fantasy and an SS nightmare. Born and raised Caldari but of Amarr blood and tradition, Cora Xun possesses a unique understanding and appreciation for both the predatory efficiency of Caldari business, and the ruthless complexities of Amarrian court politics. For Cora, political maneuvering has become a celebrated art form where she does not simply vie for position and power; she enjoys every moment of the chase. She revels at any opportunity to level the advantage of her Caldari - Amarrian upbringing against her ill prepared rivals, and thrills in proving her superiority to her foes by destroying them in spectacular fashion. She is a woman of action, unafraid to pursue her aspirations, take calculated risks or move against obstacles in her path by whichever method she supposes most expedient and efficient.
While she demands that the “Patriots of Xun” hold to her high standards in true Caldari fashion, she likewise never shirks her duty to her patriots, and rewards loyalty and superior servitude with true Amarrian grace. She is both quick to commend a “Patriot” and quick to condemn any who would challenge or disrupt her view of order. Content with her public image, Cora alone is best equipped to helm XAC, the vanguard of the Xun Ascendancy’s boundless ambitions. She has the Corporation firmly in hand and is prepared to make her move at any time and deal with the consequences as they arise.
BIOGRAPHY:
Cora Xun; out of Persephone, by Gavius Xun the III is the third child
born into the enigmatic Xun Ascendancy; a once prominent family of holders among
the Amarr nobility, branded as heretics and driven into exile generations ago that
eventually found refuge within the Caldari State. Born on Saisio I, Cora was
raised in the tradition of her Amarr heritage on one of the family’s many estates,
enjoying many of the privileges of her station. As a teenager, Cora was sent
off to attend the School of Applied Knowledge where she came to learn the
methodology and embrace the doctrine of the Caldari State
with zeal. Dark and alluring, Cora blossomed into an athletic, statuesque
beauty, beyond the typical of the Xun lineage. At an early age, she discovered
that she could use her looks and the infantile fantasies of both male & female
students as a weapon, providing a rapid way to get what she wanted. A cold, confident,
calculating young woman whose ruthlessness was matched only by her ambition, the
cutthroat world of corporate affairs suited her personality perfectly. Following
a string of academic successes, Cora graduated into the executive caste and a
position of influence within the Sukuuvestaa
Corporation where the Family held strong ties and substantial share.
Aspiring for a greater
challenge, and to prove herself further to both SuVee and the Ascendancy, Cora soon after enlisted for a term in the
State War Academy ’s
new and dangerous Capsuleer program where once again her extraordinarily
competitive nature and leadership skills saw her excel. A large proponent of
both mental and physical excellence, Cora enjoyed equal opportunity to flaunt
her prowess both in and outside of her pod, actively pursuing several of the war
academy’s sporting activities such as simulated war campaigns and martial combat
competitions. Upon successful completion of her term, Cora Xun was fast tracked
into management by the Corporation and rose to prominence within the
Ascendancy, quickly becoming the favored child to inherit the mantle. Where
others were found lacking, Cora alone possessed the full measure of intellect,
cunning, ambition, ruthlessness and leadership necessary to shoulder the
Family’s future. But before she could be entrusted to do so, she would need to
be ushered into the fold of the inner circle. She would need to be enlightened to the darker
truths of their indulgent, heretical past. She would need to be indoctrinated in the ways of their hedonistic faith, and initiated into the inner sanctum of the Ascendancy by ritual. She would need to be educated fully as to the real agenda behind their newly assembled Caldari war machine. She
would have to become one of them. She would need to become one of the "Sani Sabik"…
